smell of no reality.

Well  since fire ban was lifted...I decided that I needed to have a firepit party asap!
So, me being the lucky girl I am...I invited my awesome friends who were so willing to come.
And we had one big s'more makin, starburst roasting...goodtime.

I've grown up where each summer we do a family reunion. The tradition is to do Bear Lake, but as our families have branched out, we have gone to other places as well. It is my favorite part about summer.
Mainly because it is a week free of reality, full of camping food...and the best yet. CAMP FIRES.

I absolutely love the smell of fire. And smoke. It reminds me of all of those good times, and i've never shared a memory that is negative and had a campfire. It just makes for a really fun and relaxing time.

So tonight, I was smelling my fire. While most people hate it. I was sitting there basking in the first summer campfire of 2012. Then I was basking in the people that were surrounding me at that moment in time. They are some pretty awesome people...well, with their little quarks :).

It was one of the best summer nights yet.
