Something to smile about...

Last you heard?

It was the day before I left for Florida. Probably even hours before I left.

So lets start our journey there.

This trip to me served no {specific} purpose. It was just meant to be a relaxing vacation with people I love and care about.

I was not visiting Florida intending to find something I might be in search for.

I went to Florida to see my family, and enjoy a week of no stress, and no reality.

It was honestly, fulfilled. 

My dad and I flew in Friday morning, and drove straight to Jacksonville.

All day Friday, it was just me and daddy. 

Jamming to Call me Maybe, cause that is his favorite song.

We met up with my Mom, Sister-hubby and Fam, and My aunt and uncle- and fam.

We enjoyed a night in the hotel, doing what we wanted.

Then we drove to our beach condo the next day! 

I'm going into daily details, mainly cause you don't care to hear them, and I don't care to write them.

Highlights::

Being with my sister and her kiddos.

DA BEACH!

Parasailing

Wave Runners.

Boardwalk shopping.

Beach Fireworks!!

Universal Studios.

NBA City!

NOT GETTING SUNBURNED.

I have really fair skin. Burning my skin is as easy as saying the ABC's in 30 seconds for me. But this Florida trip...I did not burn.

And I was so proud.

Anyways that sums up Florida. 

It was truly fun and I honestly was away from reality, which was nice :)

I came home to celebrate my little Courtles 2nd birthday! Thats right, she is 2!! 

Forever kind of friend, Rachel came and visited me all Saturday and Sunday!

We got to catch up like old times and be best friends again!

And now I'm just back to life.

Working.

Being with the family.

Little baby Slurp came into the picture on 7/11. Weighing 7 lbs. and 11 oz.

So life is good.
These people around me give me a lot of reasons to be happy.
They each carry qualities that I have needed in my life.

So there it is. My life, in a nutshell.

I have a lot to smile about, a lot to be grateful for, and a lot more to go.

But for now, Summer is where I am.

And I wouldn't trade anything for it.
