So before the game, we headed to downtown-ish area and saw the art walk. It's the first friday of every month, and it is a bunch of art galleries. So cool, but to add to that, since it is Cinco de Mayo, there were a bunch of mexican whole in the wall food places and we decided to try one.
{BEST EMPANADAS EVER!!} so authentic...haha.
While we were eating, some photographer took our picture to cover her piece about the art walk in the 303 magazine.
We finished our journey to the pepsi center and arrived at...
The Denver Nugget playoff game!!!!!!
Katie's dad got us club level tickets to see the game.
So it was the 3rd game of the first round and we are down 0-2.
But the game? It was amazing. The Nuggets handled so well, and pulled a win to bring us to 1-2. We aren't going to let the Lakers off easy. Kobe was on the strugs boat all night. Everytime his hands caught ball it was immediate boo from the pepsi center.
Just a side note, the Denver crowd, really knows how to show support.We are by far the best support system out there. We believe in our teams, without fail. And it showed all through the game last night when with every shot made... we were all on our feet, screaming.
Of course Katie and I were surrounded by Lakers fans...but its okay, cause guess who won!! Haha.
All night we were doing just about anything to get on the camera...didn't happen, until.
After the game, we decided to run up to the cameras and they put us on! Then a latin denver life photographer, AND the Denver post took our picture.

Walking out of the pepsi center was a real treat, seeing as it was PACKED. But of course it being Denver, the fans are the best.
We saw a chick fight!

Needless to say, dreams were made last night. Sure I didn't meet anyone cool, or meet my boys...but I still have my whole life to do that.
