I'm alive.

It is so unlike me to forget blogging.

I swear I'm not dead...I'm very much alive!

First off, let me just comment a little on the weather here in my [Denver--Love] city!

It is absolutely beautiful everyday here! The sun is up early, and shines so bright that sleeping in is not an option, but also not wanted. 

It sucks having to go to work while the sun shines her beautiful self, but it is still beautiful to enjoy from inside. Yup, that is my Denver city for ya, love love love. Nothing makes me happier.

Second...I guess here is an update for you. It's summer!! Which includes working all the time. But at nights it is up to me.

I find myself doing the most random.

I've gone catting. Cutting up a piece of cardboard into the shape of a cat. Painting it black, adding aluminum foil eyes...and placing it in the street. You get the funniest reactions from the cars that flash their brights.  But as John, Whittles and I sat behind a bush...to watch the cars...the sprinklers invited themselves to our party and we had to book it...then someone stole our cat. 

Fun while it lasted :)

I went to the LMFAO concert. I mean it was rad. Far east movement, LMFAO, Eva Simmons, some other guy.... They were all so chill. Plus I went with some pretty rad people. KATIE, LINDSEY AND BRI!

I've done the singles ward scene a couple times. Yeah..I was called to be on the FHE committee. Typical.

I went to a Denver Nuggets playoff game. I love my Denver Nuggets....sad the season is over, but it a was a dang good one for my boys.

I adopted a kitty...okay it's not a real cat. Because I hate cats. But everybody has surrounded me with their love for cats lately...literally everyone. So we found a small fake kitty toy at work, and I took her under. Me and the old ladies, and the mexican cooks named our kitty... Mooeygato! We took in every cultured part of CFA. But.....RIP mooey. She has been stolen...out of jealousy I'm sure.

Chauncey Billups came into work today. No big deal. 

My summer is just typical.

Happy, sunny...easy.

Come Saturday....my life is over. JUST KIDDING.
My brother and his wife and their beautiful children are moving in.
That is right...those 3 children with crazy personalities...are coming!

Florida is coming soon... SO SOON!!!
just to dang excited.

But on a different type of note... a much less happier.

There have been a lot of losses in my area...in my school...in my town.

It is heartbreaking to see all these lives being taken.

But what makes it all worth "better", is knowing where they are going, knowing what they are discovering right now. God loves each and every soul we have lost here in Denver.

These souls were beautiful, and touched many lives. 

To add to this, yesterday was Memorial day. A day to remember the lives lost fighting for our freedom, fighting for me...and my country, my home. 

I'm grateful to be sitting here, alive...very much alive. And basking in the fact that I have a family who cares and loves me, friends who I enjoy and love... and a savior who made it possible to come back to my Father in heaven.

So there is a quick little update.
Be grateful for who you are, and what you have.
Life is unpredictable.
And today, I'm grateful for you.

I'm happy being me.
I'm happy in the happiest season of the year.
I'm enjoying everything that is coming my way!
